HOUSE RULES

Guests are welcome to book their stay via email, telephone or our website. 

Please always provide your name, address, mobile telephone number and total number of guests during booking.

Bookings are only valid after confirmation from us by phone or by email.

No prepayment is needed. 

Guests can pay their stay via Swish, by cash or by card during check-in. 

​

Guests can cancel their booking without any charges latest 14 days in advance.  The whole amount will be charged in case of no-show or cancellation in less than 14 days before the arrival date. 

Check-in: after 15:00 pm on arrival day

Check-out: before 11:00 am on departure day

For earlier check-in or later check-out, please always consult us in advance.

Both apartments are equipped with a modern kitchen.

Coffee & tea are available during staying and are free of charge.

Guests can prepare their own breakfast or meals as convenient as at home.

Please always clean up the kitchen after use and leave it as you found it. 

Doing dishes are not included in the end cleaning service.

Bed linen & towels are not included in the price. 

All beds are equipped with mattresses, single duvets and pillows. It is obligated to use bed linen first before sleep. 

You can bring your own or rent them from us.

Price: 100:- SEK per person per set (including bed linen & towel). 

Smoke is not allowed inside the apartment.

Pet is not allowed.

Private parties are not allowed.

Guests who break the rules above will be issued with a fine of 3 000:- SEK plus additional costs in cleaning & related damages.

Children of all ages are welcome to stay at Perrongen.

Baby crib / child dinning chair / stroller are available upon request & based on availability.

We also have small amount of toys and children books available in the apartments. Please always clean up after use so that other young guests can benefit afterwards.

Please help us to protect the environment and save the milieu by recycling and implementing garbage sorting. 

Please leave the carton, tinned metal cans, glass, panta bottles (PET / metal bottles) in the marked closet, so that we can bring them to the recycling center after your departure.

Brown paper bags in the kitchen are for food residuals, including food waste, tea bags, coffee & filters, kitchen paper etc. The brown bags can be left in the brown container outside the apartment.

The garbage cans with plastic bags (black or white) are for general garbage which can not be sorted. The plastic garbage bags with general garbage can be left in the green container outside the apartment.

Guests need to clean the apartment and leave it as they found it before departure.

Cleaning tools and detergents can be found in the apartment.

For guests who do not want to clean by their own, we offer an end cleaning service upon request.

Price: 500:- SEK per time. 

​

For guests who leave without cleaning or ordering cleaning service, an invoice of 1 500:- SEK will be issued and sent to the home address.
